Nuala and Nella want to make some changes in their lives to improve their health, attitude and overall wellbeing.
So 3012 is being launched.
Nuala and Nella will be participating in various 30 day challenges with a particular focus each month.
Along the way, Nuala and Nella will also be contributing a photo a day following the Fat Mum Slim project to help them stop and see the beauty around them each day.
